Welcome Back to School

Andrew, Jared and Jordan started school this week. They have had a great week. They all love their teachers and classes and being back with their friends.

Jordan in her Kindergarten class room. She loves riding the bus to school and going out to the play ground to play. The hardest thing that she is going to have to do this year is learn how to eat her lunch without her mom their telling her to take another bite.
Jared is in 2nd grade. I asked him about some of the fun things that they do in their class and he told me that every morning he has to write a letter to his teacher and then Mrs. Durbin writes him one back.

This is what a 4th grade classroom looks like. All the cutesy things are gone and it's on to more important things. Andrew doesn't have his own desk, so the books on the table are what he takes back and forth to school each day. His teacher likes to call their backpacks, "portable lockers". He came home one day from school and said that his day was very "scientific".

It looks like you are all set for a great year. Allie, Sasha, and Margo are looking forward to starting back in tomorrow. Aren't schedules great?!

Wow, that is one dedicated teacher Jared has, if she writes each one of them a letter back....Crazy!! Fun to have them all in school and to have some one on one time with Dagen. How is that going? I am sure you love that. I know I would!
