The boys had their first swim meet today. It was very eventful. We had our ups and downs and learned a lot, but most of all they had a good time. They are looking forward to their next one.
Jared's first race was the 25m freestyle. He was really nervous. 
Andrew's first race was the 50m freestyle. He did pretty good. He lost his goggles when he dove in which was hard on him since it was his first race and still learning the ropes.
His next race he did the back stroke. He did a great job. He was suppose to be in a relay race but their were some kids missing so they had to pull out of the race at the last minute.
Jared was excited because he got in a relay race as a fill in. He was great. He did the butterfly. Their relay team took first place. Good job kids!!!
Jordan and Carson had a great day at the pool. They spent the day in the kiddie pool and sharing an orange and pineapple snow cone.
What more can I say, when you need a nap, you need a nap.

That looks like so much fun!! I think your kids like the water as much as mine do!! Hummm, they must be related.
